“The Dawn of Man”, Is Mankind Derived from Greater Celestial Beings ? Part I:

Ancient Mesopotamian culture suggests a theory of the origins of modern man. Within this theory lies the belief that modern man is a DNA-type derived offspring of greater beings and primitive man. Some of the oldest known writings in the world, found in the Mesopotamia region, mention that these greater beings, referred to by the people of Mesopotamia as the “Anunna” or “Anunaki”, came down to earth from the ‘heavens’ or skies.
The current perspective and common belief of most archeological and anthropological scientist of today is that the “Cradle of Civilization” was the main area for the dawn of civilized cultural society. Within this cradle was the region of Mesopotamia, which is attributed to be the main area of first modern cultural development. The name “Mesopotamia” literally means “land between the two great waters / rivers” from ancient Greek translation. These two great waters are now known to be the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. Today, this area mainly corresponds to the country of modern day Iraq.
Around the period of circa (7,000–2,000 BC), Mesopotamia was comprised of four main cultural centers. These cultural centers were known as Sumer, Akkadia, Babylonia, and Assyria, with Sumer being the eldest and cultural root of the latter three. In these ancient times of man, the citizens of Sumer were the first to employ year round agricultural farming, written language, political structure, economics, organized religious practices, historical documentation, art, scientific study, engineering, and mathematics. All of this implies that they were a pretty advanced society for around 7000 to 9000 years ago.
Through arduous tasks of translation research, scientists have become very familiar with Sumerian text referred to as Cuneiform and the meanings behind the various symbols and scripts of Cuneiform. After years of archeological surveying, research, and study, researchers found that many of the Sumerian texts dominantly contained written information pertaining to the popular religious and spiritual beliefs of the people of Sumer. These beliefs were centered about a hierarchical group of fifty greater deities type Gods and Godesses known as the, previously mentioned, “Anunna” or “Anunaki”.
The name “Anunna” basically translates to “those from An” with sub-names of “Anu´na´ ki” or “Anu´na´ke”, both the latter translating to “the royal blood” and “the heaven and earth”. These “Anunna” beings are said to have come to Earth, long ago, from the ‘heavenly skies’, as recorded in various ancient cuneiform scripts. And even many other old world religious scripts, from other younger cultures, mention greater beings like these “Anunna”. As an example, chapter one of the book of Ezekiel in the Bible discusses situation of sentient type greater beings flying above a village:
“As I looked, behold, a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire. Within it there were figures resembling four living beings And this was their appearance: they had human form. Each of them had four faces and four wings.”
The strange thing is, that this event, describe by Ezekiel, took place around circa (593 BC), 1500-3000 years after the prime of the Mesopotamian civilization.
This creation myth of the “Anunna” forms an abiogenesis or “origin of life” type context of creation. The two principle deities that formed the trinity of initial godforms of the “Anunna” were Anshar and Kishar. Anshar, of the sky, was attributed to the powers and forces of the sky, particularly the energies of the magnetic shifts of the Earthly poles. Kishar, of the Earth, was prescribed to the feminine forces of the Earth and its bountiful receptiveness. Anshar and Kishar co-created the three main devine beings of the “Sumerian Creation Myth”.
The three primary devine beings, that formed a trinity about the creation of earthly inhabitants, properties, and laws of civilization, were known as Anu, Enlil, and Enki. Anu, whose name stands for sky force, beget Enlil and Enki, his sons, by way of Namma, the force and deitie of the primordial waters of creative force. Enlil, literally “Lord of Air or Wind”, and also Enki’s brother, was attributed to the wind-like energies, comprising both attributes of the sky and earthliness. Enki, literally “Lord of Earth”, was the governing force of the Earth and all earthly forces, according to the Mesopotamian beliefs of creation. These Godly beings were the primary first principal deities pertaining to the formation of “Anunna”.
The resplendent Enki, was one of the most popular deities of the Mesopotamian culture. Not only did he represent Earth and all earthly bounty and goodness, but he was also became known as ‘the lord of the waters’ attributed to the forces of creative potency, the waters of life, and healing as well. The Lord Enki resided at a place known as the “Apsu” about the temple Engur , the "house of the lord of deep waters". At Engur, he protected and disseminated the “Me”, the laws of creation and civilization. He has often been depicted as a fish-man coming out of the waters of the “Apsu”, with the potent waters of life pouring about him, bringing fourth instructions of life, law, literature, agriculture, science, art, wisdom, and technology to areas of Sumer. His representative symbol was the ‘double helix serpent coil’ precursor to the “Caduceus” symbol and possibly a representative of ancient DNA-type knowledge.
The Lord Enki is instigator to the creation of mankind which were referred to as the “Adamu” , primordial man. Speaking fourth to Nammu (his mother), Enki said:
“Mix the heart of the clay that is over the abyss,
The good and princely fashioners will thicken the clay,
You, (Nammu) do you bring the limbs into existence;
Ninmah (earth-mother or birth goddess) will work above you, The goddesses (of birth).. will stand by you at your fashioning;
O my mother, decree its (the newborn's) fate,
Ninmah will bind upon it the image (?) of the gods,
It is man.. “ (Kramer, History Begins 109)
Some believe that this is a symbolic fashioning of the growth of a fetus in the womb. The clay here also signifies the element of ‘earth’ in alchemy, which is comprised of carbon and various other earthly elements. All this corresponds to the fact that a human body is made of molecular carbon chains and watery solutions.
All of this gives us a new and unique perspective as to the origins of man through creation mythology, and raises the questions “ Did a part of us come from the stars? ”, “ Were we derived from supernatural beings from out of the sky? ”, “Were we genetically engineered and created from advanced celestial beings that came here long ago from another world or dimension? “, “Has humanity been injected with the DNA encoded messages by these advanced beings periodically throughout history? “. Perhaps there have been many ‘Mother Mary’ type recipients over periods of human evolution.
